Amy Coyne, from Amy Bakes Bread, joined us again in the Bleubird kitchen for another one of her fun and engaging sourdough classes. This class had a twist, though! Amy taught the participants how to make a delicious sourdough focaccia bread, and then gave them each a pan of dough to decorate using edible flowers and vegetables.
After learning all about sourdough focaccia and tasting some provided by Amy, guests took a walk through the gallery to gain inspiration. They then began creating magnificent artwork using the ingredients on top of the dough! Focaccia art is not only beautiful but also delicious. Participants got to take their dough home to cook and eat.
It is always so fun when Amy comes into our kitchen. She is so knowledgeable and has a background in education and really knows how to engage the crowd in the Bleubird kitchen.
