Approximately 10 years ago I took a few yoga classes, but didn’t really connect. Fast forward five years and I returned to yoga via an incredible yoga teacher.  I followed her to a local studio and began to take time and give space to my practice.  Then, in 2018 I went through a divorce.  During that time yoga became an integral part of my healing process.  While improving strength and flexibility, I was also experiencing spiritual healing and emotional release.  For me, yoga was a wonderful  combination of physical, mental and spiritual practices.  I recently graduated from the 200 hour yoga teacher training and am excited to share yoga.  As a yoga teacher, I want to hold a judgment free space for students to explore yoga, experience emotional release and healing, and grow in their practice.  To me, yoga is more than a destination, it’s an ever changing and beautiful journey!
