Nicole Hays, RYT 250, has been teaching yoga for three years in Lexington, KY. Not only does she teach various styles and creative movement on the mat, she also teaches yoga in aerial hammocks. As a mother of three, her time is filled with them in the kitchen teaching them to bake and cook, as well as many other homemaking essentials.
In this class we will start to relearn our body and the amazing things it can do to support our physical and mental health. Basic foundations will be the building blocks of this class. From here, you will grow the confidence to excel and move into more advanced practices.
In this class expect to feel your heart rate rise. Together we will build and activate different muscle groups, as well as open and stretch. We will find meditation through movement linked with breath. Expect to feel completely rejuvenated and ready to tackle the day to come.
